Yes. We can deliver individual phases such as tiling, masonry, substrate preparation, or finishing works. If several phases depend on each other, we will suggest how to connect them cleanly and avoid rework later.

You send basic information about the space, approximate size, location, and desired scope. We then arrange a site visit or ask follow-up questions and prepare a quote with clear phases, materials, and realistic timing.

Yes. We arrange a site visit after a short project brief because the actual condition of the space defines the scope, logistics, access, and details that most affect the quote.

It depends on size, substrate condition, demolition scope, material drying, and finish choices. After the site visit we define a phase-based plan and a realistic execution window instead of giving a generic timeline.

Yes. Zagreb and Zagreb County are our most frequent working areas, but we also arrange projects in Dalmatia, Istria, and other parts of Croatia. For distant locations, execution depends on scope, timing, and logistics, so it is best to contact us early, especially for full renovations, coastal properties, rental apartments, or projects that need to align with seasonality and material availability.
How do we agree on materials and finishes?
Tiles, paint, flooring, and finish details are agreed before the key phases begin. We can work with materials you have selected or suggest practical options based on budget, space use, and the desired finish standard.
Can the renovation be done in phases?
Yes, but the sequence needs to be planned carefully. For spaces that remain in use during works, we pay special attention to protection, access, noise, dust, and phase order so downtime is reduced and finished areas are not reopened unnecessarily.
